Recently, the General Office of the Fujian Provincial People's Government released the Several Measures to Foster the Growth and Empowerment Applications of the Artificial Intelligence Industry in Fujian Province. This document advocates for the enhancement of accessible computing power services. The outlined strategies encompass: synchronizing with national computing power policies, conducting a comprehensive planning of computing resources throughout the province, and fostering the concentrated development of computing power infrastructure; setting up a provincial-level integrated public service platform dedicated to computing resources; and leveraging the Fujian-Ningxia collaborative framework to propel the 'Fujian Data, Ningxia Computing' initiative forward. Firms that procure computing power services amounting to 100,000 yuan (inclusive) or above annually will be eligible for a subsidy rate not exceeding 50%, with the upper limit of subsidy set at 500,000 yuan per enterprise.
