The overall value of this agreement has the potential to soar up to $345 million. As per the terms of the agreement, Eli Lilly is empowered to nominate multiple sets of targets. Subsequently, Ailux will take on the responsibility of designing and optimizing bispecific antibody drug candidates. In return for its efforts, Ailux is entitled to receive relevant upfront payments, as well as subsequent R&D, regulatory, and commercial milestone payments.
