U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) has signed a five-year, $5.7 million contract with Carahsoft Technology for the licensing of artificial intelligence social media monitoring software named Zignal Labs. The software license will be utilized by ICE's Homeland Security Investigations (HSI), the agency responsible for real-time data analysis to support criminal investigations.
