It is expected that the delivery volume will keep climbing in the fourth quarter of this year, accompanied by an even broader range of product models.

Moreover, the company's 1.6T optical module products are making preparations for mass production in the coming year. When it comes to the overseas customer demand next year, Huagong Tech projects an overall surge in demand, estimating it to reach between 40 million and 50 million units, with the potential for further upward revisions.

Simultaneously, the variety of product types will also expand. Owing to their benefits of low cost, low power consumption, and low latency—which are of utmost importance in AI computing and supercomputing scenarios—LPO and LRO optical modules are set to become one of the mainstream solutions. In light of this, the company is proactively ramping up its production capacity to cater to the anticipated growth in future orders.
