On October 21, Ben Reitzes, an analyst from Melius Research, released a research report stating that Apple currently has its most robust long-term product roadmap in several years. The upcoming next-generation Siri 2.0, slated for launch in early next year, is anticipated to pave the way for new product categories that are not yet factored into financial models. These include home hub devices and robots. Such products have the potential to emerge as fresh growth engines for Apple's revenue and profits. In the meantime, the iPhone upgrade cycle is poised to become a major contributor to growth in the years ahead. It is expected that starting from the 2026 fiscal year and beyond, the average selling price of new iPhone models will increase, which will subsequently drive up both revenue and profit margins. Reitzes further mentioned that Apple's earnings per share could exceed $10 sooner than what the market currently anticipates.
