On Tuesday, officials from G42, a cloud computing and AI firm backed by Abu Dhabi, disclosed that the initial batch of 200 MW facilities within the UAE's planned 5 GW AI park is slated to become operational next year. As a significant oil-exporting nation, the UAE has poured billions of dollars into its efforts to emerge as a global AI powerhouse. The country aims to secure technical assistance by fostering close collaboration with the United States, aligning with common English-speaking business practices and international tech industry norms.
