Following discussions with NVIDIA’s executive team, Morgan Stanley published a report highlighting that investors are keeping a keen eye on the trajectory of AI demand, while NVIDIA itself has shown robust confidence in its near-term and long-term growth prospects. The report underscores that the upward trend in AI demand will persist, with burgeoning applications still in their nascent stages. Morgan Stanley reaffirms its “Overweight” rating for NVIDIA, setting a price target of $210, which implies a total market capitalization of $5.1 trillion. The analyst team posits that heightened cloud infrastructure spending will be a key driver of NVIDIA’s revenue expansion, while truly revolutionary AI applications are yet to be fully realized. Projections suggest that by 2030, the AI infrastructure market could expand to between $3 trillion and $5 trillion.
