On October 11, during the main forum of the 2025 China Mobile Global Partners Conference, China Mobile officially unveiled an enhanced iteration of its "AI+" action plan. Additionally, it declared the formation of the "AI+" Ecosystem Alliance. As per the plan, China Mobile is set to significantly ramp up its investment in the artificial intelligence sector by the end of 2028, with the total investment expected to double. The company aims to construct China's largest and most technologically sophisticated intelligent computing infrastructure. It will also delve into the development of intelligent computing clusters with a capacity of 100,000 cards, and the scale of domestic intelligent computing power is projected to surpass 100 EFLOPS.
