Recently, U.S. federal law enforcement arrested Jonathan Lindecronecht, the suspect allegedly responsible for starting the Palisades wildfire in California. According to the charges, Lindecronecht generated an AI image of a burning city via ChatGPT several months before the incident. This image has become one of the key pieces of evidence used to charge him with arson intent. The fire resulted in 12 fatalities, burned over 23,000 acres of land, and became the third most destructive fire in California's history.
