Experts at cybersecurity firm Radware have reported that OpenAI has successfully addressed a security vulnerability within ChatGPT's 'Deep Research' agent feature. Prior to this fix, the vulnerability posed a risk where malicious actors could potentially exploit it to pilfer confidential email information from ChatGPT users whose accounts were integrated with Gmail. A representative from OpenAI emphasized that ensuring the security of their models is a top priority, and the company is persistently refining its standards to bolster the technology's resilience against cyber threats.
