At the 2025 Inclusion Bund Summit, AQ, an AI-driven healthcare application developed by Ant Group, revealed a host of new offerings. These include the introduction of the 'Health Profile,' the collaborative launch of the 'AI Anti-Fraud Hotline,' and the unveiling of an agent open platform. Since the beta version's release in September of the previous year, AQ has amassed a user base exceeding 140 million, with nearly 60% hailing from third-tier cities and beyond.
In light of the current scarcity of top-tier medical resources, AQ's agent open platform is designed to empower doctors and healthcare institutions. It facilitates the creation of medical agents, connects them with genuine medical service resources, and accelerates the integration of AI technology in the healthcare sector. A prime example is the development of AI avatars for family doctors in Shanghai's Huangpu District.
The CEO of Ant Group emphasized that AI should serve as a proficient assistant to doctors. With this vision in mind, the group has recently established a medical and health laboratory. This laboratory is dedicated to tackling key challenges and enabling AI to more effectively support doctors, ensuring that everyone has access to their own health steward.
