On September 11, 2025, two tech entities, namely Shanghai MiHoYo Baizhandi Technology Co., Ltd. and Shanghai MiHoYo Daohaisangtian Technology Co., Ltd., were formally established. Yu Chenxi has been appointed as the legal representative for both firms, with each company boasting a registered capital of 10 million yuan. The scope of operations for these two companies encompasses a wide array of areas, including animation and game development, digital cultural and creative software creation, artificial intelligence application software development, as well as network and information security software development. Notably, both companies are fully owned subsidiaries of Shanghai MiHoYo Network Technology Co., Ltd.
