As artificial intelligence technology advances at a breakneck pace, China's demand for AI computing power has soared. Yet, the persistent challenge of "AI projects languishing in wait for suitable data center facilities" has become ever more pronounced, acting as a bottleneck that hampers the further expansion of the AI sector. The inaugural "AIDC Industry Development Conference" is poised to take place in Shanghai on September 17, 2025, under the banner of "Unleashing Immense Computing Power, Paving the Way for a New AIDC Era."
At present, the training and inference processes of large-scale AI models present daunting challenges to conventional data centers, particularly in terms of "thermal management, power supply, and spatial requirements." These factors render it arduous for existing data center standards to adequately cater to the specialized demands of AIDC. The conference's primary objective is to forge a consensus within the industry, propel the standardized and large-scale progression of AIDC, and unite the core stakeholders from various sectors.
A key highlight of the conference will be the collaborative pre-release of the "AIDC Infrastructure Standards," signifying a pivotal new phase in the standardized construction of AIDC. This development will facilitate the industry's transition from "isolated breakthroughs" to "systematic advancement," thereby fostering the flourishing growth of the AI landscape.
