A freshly - released study indicates that the majority of patients across the globe are in favor of using medical AI as a supplementary tool. However, only a small fraction of them think that AI has the capability to entirely replace doctors. This study sheds light on patients' requirements for trust, their worries, and the concept of "explainable AI." On the whole, patients hold the view that although AI can be beneficial, doctors still play an irreplaceable role.
