This directive underscores the importance of bolstering intelligent computing power and service capabilities, fostering the research and development (R&D), and deployment of high-performance training chips, inference chips, and edge chips. It also emphasizes the construction of foundational AI software and hardware systems, adapting to heterogeneous chip training, collaborative optimization of inference and acceleration technologies, and accelerating technological advancements and networking applications for ultra-large-scale intelligent computing clusters.
