Concurrently, the Commission will establish shared technology platforms and pilot sites to consolidate resources and democratize technology access. Furthermore, it will intensify the application of key scenarios, refine problem-solving capabilities, and innovate subsidy models for terminal consumption. These initiatives are designed to foster the widespread adoption of AI terminals and extend their benefits to a broader population.
