According to Dongwu Securities' research report, the spotlight from June to August has been firmly on artificial intelligence. The current market trajectory is heavily skewed towards upstream infrastructure hardware, with overseas chain optical modules and PCB components leading the charge in June, fueled by their robust performance. By mid-August, domestic computing power providers, exemplified by Cambricon, began to gain significant traction. The market exhibits ample liquidity and a robust industrial rationale, indicating that the momentum in the computing power sector is far from waning. Nevertheless, the substantial profitability of upstream hardware has triggered concerns among non-core currency holders, leading to an uptick in profit-taking activities and subsequent profit-taking pressures. Additionally, the accumulated gains have exacerbated the anxiety of funds with a lower risk tolerance.
