In a speech delivered on August 30, Xu Zhijun, Huawei's rotating chairman, highlighted that the HarmonyOS ecosystem has firmly established its foundational pillars. Currently, prominent internet applications have fully integrated with the HarmonyOS system, while mid-to-long-tail applications are steadily onboarding. This signifies that the HarmonyOS ecosystem now boasts fundamental usability. Nonetheless, Xu Zhijun underscored that the ecosystem remains in its nascent stage of introduction and eagerly anticipates the participation of additional chip manufacturers, hardware providers, software developers, and app creators within the open-source HarmonyOS community. Together, they aim to foster the continued growth and evolution of the ecosystem.
