At its annual summit in San Diego, Walmart introduced several groundbreaking initiatives. Responding to seller feedback, the company has developed AI tools designed to streamline operations, save time, and boost sales performance. Sellers can effortlessly access these tools by logging into the platform and receive customer support from intelligent AI agents. Furthermore, Walmart has refined its shipping settings, enabling self-fulfilling sellers to automate shipping commitments by region and expanding its "next-day delivery" service coverage. Regarding brand protection, Walmart has intensified product authenticity audits and taken decisive action against fraudulent activities. Currently, the Seller Advisory Program encompasses 300 sellers, offering a direct feedback loop to corporate leadership. Walmart is also actively exploring innovative omnichannel collaboration models to further bolster its market competitiveness.
