In a second-quarter investor conference call, Li Yanhong, CEO of Baidu, disclosed that the company is actively developing its next-generation flagship large model, aiming to achieve substantial enhancements across multiple core capabilities. Upon its completion, the model will be promptly released. Additionally, Baidu intends to maintain a continuous cycle of iteration and updates for its existing models. Prior reports suggested that Baidu might unveil the latest iteration of its ERNIE Bot inference model by the end of August.
