In a ruling handed down on Tuesday, a federal judge dismissed Elon Musk's motion to dismiss the allegations brought forth by OpenAI, which accused Musk of waging a "protracted campaign of harassment" against the company he co-founded. OpenAI was established in 2015 by Musk, Sam Altman, and other collaborators, with Musk subsequently withdrawing from the venture.
