On June 11, Shenzhen JWIS Intelligence Technology Co., Ltd. made an announcement detailing its intention, in the capacity of a limited partner, to allocate 20.9 million yuan from its own coffers as subscribed capital to the Shenzhen Liandao Zetai Investment Partnership Enterprise (Limited Partnership). This investment will secure a 48.60% ownership stake in the partnership enterprise. Subsequently, Liandao Zetai will singularly invest in Fuxi Semiconductor (Shenzhen) Co., Ltd. via a capital increase.
