On the midday break of June 9, 2026, the three major indices of A-shares all witnessed a collective upswing. Specifically, the Shanghai Composite Index rose by 0.51%, the Shenzhen Component Index climbed by 1.25%, and the ChiNext Index surged by 1.91%. In terms of sectoral performance, semiconductors, communication equipment, and building materials emerged as the frontrunners. Notably, Jiewerte soared to its daily limit, TCZ Holding surged over 15%, Yangjie Technology increased by more than 6%, and Sinoma Science & Technology advanced over 9%. Conversely, the energy, biotechnology, and retail sectors experienced a downturn, with International Industry plummeting over 6%, WuXi AppTec dropping more than 5%, and Yonghui Superstores declining over 2%.
