According to sources familiar with the matter, Meta is testing a 'human concierge' service for its personal AI agent Muse, with some calls made through the app being handled by outsourced personnel. Internal notices indicate that the feature was made available for testing to about half of Meta's employees last week, with employees having the option to opt out.
