Dongfeng Motor Corporation released its July sales figures on August 5, revealing a robust performance with a total of 205,000 vehicles sold, marking a 27.5% year-over-year increase. Among these, passenger vehicle sales surged ahead with 172,000 units, a 29.2% jump, while commercial vehicle sales followed closely with 33,000 units, up 19.5%. Notably, sales of new energy vehicles soared to 90,000 units, representing a 19.7% year-on-year growth. Additionally, sales of independent brands hit 132,000 units, recording a 26.8% increase. In the international arena, Dongfeng Motor exported 21,600 vehicles in July, achieving a 13.3% annual rise.
