On July 24, EO Auto reported that Wei Jianjun, Chairman of Great Wall Motors, has joined forces with Jia Yueting, the founder of Faraday Future (FF), to introduce the Great Wall Motors-owned Wey Gaoshan model to the US market under the new moniker "FX Super One." This marks the debut model of FF's second brand, FX. The vehicle has garnered over 10,000 pre-orders within a week of its announcement, underscoring its significant market potential. Great Wall Motors has thus become the first Chinese automaker to collaborate with Jia Yueting's ambitious "China-US Automotive Nexus Plan." Despite rumors surrounding this partnership, Great Wall Motors has yet to issue an official statement.
