Recently, Yuxin Zhixing Automotive Electronics (Shenyang) Co., Ltd. has officially commenced operations, with Hao Rui serving as its legal representative and a registered capital of RMB 200 million. The company's diverse business portfolio encompasses the development of AI application software, manufacturing of intelligent in-vehicle devices, provision of industrial Internet data services, and sales of AI hardware. The equity structure reveals that Yuxin Zhixing Automotive Electronics is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Yuxin Zhixing Technology (Shenyang) Co., Ltd., which is jointly held by Shenyang Jinbei Automobile Industry Holding Co., Ltd. and TCL Hengshi Tianrui Investment (Ningbo) Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of TCL Industrial Holdings.
