Under this new policy, riders who successfully complete 3,000 delivery tasks within 90 days will receive a full refund on their purchase price. JD.com intends to provide a total of 150,000 of these vehicles, with the initial rollout commencing in Beijing, Nanjing, and Changsha, followed by a phased expansion across the nation.
