Recently, the Changan Group has formed a reorganization preparation team comprising leaders from both Changan Automobile and Chenzhi Group. The plan for this reorganization is set to be officially executed in August. Prior to this, China South Industries Group Corporation, the parent company of Changan Automobile, obtained approval from the State Council to carry out a spin-off, resulting in its automotive division becoming an autonomous central enterprise overseen by the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission. Following the spin-off, the resultant equity will be infused into China North Industries Group Corporation Limited.
