On July 8, Jifeng Auto Parts announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Jifeng Seating (Hefei) Co., Ltd., had successfully secured a fixed-point project for seat assembly from a prominent automotive Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM). Under this agreement, Jifeng Seating will undertake the development and production of front seat assemblies. The project is anticipated to commence mass production in April 2026, spanning a lifecycle of up to six years and carrying an estimated total value of RMB 1.3 billion.
While this development is expected to have minimal immediate impact on Jifeng Auto Parts' current year's performance, it is poised to significantly bolster the company's future business revenue and positively influence its overall operating performance.
