Jianglai Advanced Manufacturing Technology (Anhui) Co., Ltd., a collaborative enterprise formed by NIO and JAC, has officially announced the termination of its registration due to a "resolution to dissolve." NIO has clarified that this dissolution is a natural consequence of NIO achieving independent production capabilities, marking the conclusion of manufacturing-level cooperation between the two parties. Importantly, NIO emphasizes that this change will not impede future collaborations at other levels. The joint venture was established in 2021 with an equal 50% shareholding between NIO and JAC.
