SAIC Motor has recently secured the registration of the 'Shangjie' trademark, bearing the registration number 83071839. Prior to this, the company had submitted applications for multiple related trademarks encompassing diverse categories such as advertising, sales, transportation, and storage. Notably, Huawei has transferred a transportation-related 'Shangjie' trademark to SAIC Motor. According to reports, 'Shangjie' represents the fifth realm of HarmonyOS Smart Mobility, a collaboration between SAIC and Huawei, emphasizing user-friendliness. The first model under this brand is anticipated to be launched in autumn 2025.
