In a report by "Car 365 Hotline," Mr. Zhu from Anhui revealed that he rented an Audi Q6 from China Auto Rental in April. On May 3rd, while driving the car on the highway, Mr. Zhu inadvertently collided with an object on the road due to insufficient time to avoid it. This collision resulted in the vehicle catching fire. Despite having insurance coverage, China Auto Rental has requested a compensation of 330,000 yuan (approximately $50,000) from Mr. Zhu.
