Jianglai Advanced Manufacturing Technology (Anhui) Co., Ltd. has recently announced its transition into the deregistration phase, following a decision to dissolve the company. Jointly established in 2021 by NIO and JAC Motors with a registered capital of 500 million yuan, this entity was initially known as JAC-NIO Advanced Manufacturing Base, which was founded in 2016. Throughout its operation, this base has manufactured over 100,000 units of models including the ES8, ES6, and EC6, achieving a remarkable milestone of mass-producing 100,000 vehicles within just seven months in 2022.
