In the first half of 2025, new energy vehicles experienced an average price reduction of RMB 23,000, representing a 12% decrease. Specifically, in June, the average price drop was RMB 15,000, equating to a 10.4% reduction. Comparatively, conventional fuel vehicles saw an average price reduction of RMB 17,000, or 8.9%, over the same period, with June's figure standing at RMB 14,000, a decrease of 8.6%. Overall, across the passenger car market in the first half of 2025, the average price reduction amounted to RMB 21,000, marking an 11.4% decline. In June alone, this average reduction was RMB 15,000, translating to a 9.9% drop.
