The Nanning Industrial Investment Automobile Industry Group has initiated legal proceedings against Nezha Auto's parent company and eight of its affiliated entities, stemming from contractual disputes related to sales. Notably, three of these affiliated companies have been declared 'missing' by the court. The case is scheduled for hearing at the Nanning Intermediate People's Court on September 25. Nanning Industrial Investment Automobile, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Nanning Minsheng New Energy Industry Investment Partnership—the largest shareholder in Nezha Auto—currently maintains a guaranteed debt of RMB 3.44 billion for the automaker.
