On June 24, Thalys announced that Thalys Automobile, its controlling subsidiary, has successfully concluded the integration of strategic investors and finalized the registration of changes in registered capital on June 23, 2025. The total capital injection amounts to no more than RMB 5 billion, with participation from esteemed institutions such as ICBC Financial, BOCOM Financial, and ABC Financial. Post-capital increase, Thalys maintains its controlling stake and retains operational control over Thalys Automobile. This strategic capital increase does not constitute a related-party transaction or a significant asset restructuring. It has been thoroughly reviewed and approved by the board of directors and does not necessitate shareholder approval at the general meeting.
