On June 24, Hornet Auto unveiled in a research report that its advanced driving assistance system (ADAS) is currently operating at the L2+ level and is projected to advance to the L3 level by next year, accompanied by the release of related products. The anticipated offerings, including LiDAR and thermal imaging systems, are designed to meet the stringent safety redundancy standards required for L3 autonomous driving. As for domain control system products, the company has already mass-produced low-computing power solutions and is progressively expanding into high-computing power offerings. Furthermore, Hornet Auto has established a robotics subsidiary, specializing in perception system products such as ultrasonic modules, RGBD depth cameras, and solid-state LiDAR, with ambitions to venture into new territories like tactile sensors and electronic skin in the future.
