Hozon New Energy Auto Co., Ltd., a company associated with Nezha Auto, has been petitioned for bankruptcy by Shanghai Yuxing Advertising Co., Ltd. This development was made public on June 13 and is currently being managed by the Intermediate People's Court of Jiaxing, Zhejiang Province. According to the Qichacha APP, a new bankruptcy case was registered on June 19, with Zhejiang Zicheng Law Firm appointed as the administrator.
