During the initial five months of this year, the Shanghai South Port witnessed a remarkable surge in vehicle exports for foreign trade, reaching a total of 222,000 units, an increase of 37.9% compared to the same period last year. Notably, the month of May alone contributed 72,000 exported vehicles, experiencing a phenomenal year-on-year growth of 200.9%, setting a new record. Domestic brand vehicles exhibited particularly strong growth, with a monthly increase of 86.1% and an annual surge of an astonishing 465%.
