Zotye Auto's vehicle manufacturing operations have come to a standstill amid a critical shortage of operational funds, plunging the company into severe financial and operational distress. If production fails to resume by 2025, Zotye Auto risks slipping into negative net asset territory and facing the prospect of delisting. Currently, the company is relying solely on overseas export orders to sustain its operations, but this has severely hindered new product research and development, as well as production capabilities.
