On June 16, Polestar announced a significant equity investment of $200 million from PSD Investment Limited. This investment will be executed via a private placement of Class A American Depositary Shares (ADS). Prior to the transaction, PSD Investment will restructure its shareholding to maintain voting rights below 50%. The funds will be allocated by Polestar towards working capital requirements and general corporate objectives.
