Bohai Automobile has unveiled plans to acquire strategic stakes in various auto parts companies, namely 51% equity in BAIC Mould Plastic, 51% in Langfang Adient, 100% in Zhilian Technology, and 50% in Leoni Wiring Harness. These acquisitions will be funded through a combination of share issuance and cash payments, alongside the raising of supplementary funds. Upon the successful completion of these transactions, Bohai Automobile's primary business will expand to encompass automotive exterior components, seat frames, electronic products, and wiring harnesses, anticipated to significantly bolster its core competitiveness. Trading of the company's shares will resume on June 17, 2025.
