Apple Expands Car Key Feature to Include More Auto Brands

Apple revealed during the Worldwide Developers Conference (WWDC) that its innovative Car Key and Wallet functionality is currently supported by over 20 automotive brands, with an additional 13 brands, including Acura and TATA, poised for imminent integration. Notably, domestic carmakers Denza, Hongqi, XPeng, and Zeekr will also be joining the ranks. This enhancement allows users to seamlessly add their car keys to the Apple Wallet app, enabling them to lock, unlock, and start their vehicles using either an iPhone or an Apple Watch.
