On June 6, Continental AG announced that the Supervisory Board of AUMOVIO had officially ratified the roster of members for the future independent company's Executive Board. Joining CEO Feng Hefei, who was appointed on March 12, are four new members: Chief Human Resources Officer Ingo Holstein, and Feng Hefei, who will temporarily hold the position of Chief Financial Officer until a successor is named. Additionally, Boris Mergell, Jean-François Tarabbia, and Ismail Dagli will head the Safety & Dynamic Control, Architecture & Connectivity Solutions, and Autonomous Driving & Mobility business segments, respectively. This strategic personnel appointment is designed to bolster AUMOVIO's leadership and business management capabilities.
