GAC Group has released its production and sales figures for May 2025, revealing a significant drop in performance. Specifically, auto sales for the month totaled 117,700 units, marking a year-on-year decrease of 24.8%. Additionally, sales of new energy vehicles (NEVs) reached 26,800 units, experiencing a 28.49% decline compared to the same period last year. Cumulatively, from the beginning of the year to May, auto sales amounted to 605,200 units, representing a 13.48% year-on-year decrease.
