Xiaomi has unveiled its first-quarter financial report for 2025, revealing impressive growth in its Smart Electric Vehicle and AI Innovation Business segment. During the quarter, total revenue for this segment amounted to 18.6 billion yuan. Notably, smart electric vehicle revenue accounted for the lion's share at 18.1 billion yuan, with other related businesses contributing an additional 500 million yuan. Despite a gross margin of 23.2%, the segment incurred an operating loss of 500 million yuan. On the sales front, Xiaomi delivered 75,869 new SU7 series vehicles in the first quarter, bringing cumulative deliveries to over 258,000 units. To keep pace with market demand, Xiaomi has announced plans to further expand its production capacity.
