Hanchuan Intelligent has initiated four lawsuits against CATL and its subsidiaries, Times EV Services and Times Qiji, seeking compensation totaling nearly RMB 60.88 million. The suits stem from CATL's alleged failure to fulfill its payment obligations following the commissioning of battery swapping equipment. Despite being the world's largest manufacturer of power batteries and having recently ramped up investments in the battery swapping sector, CATL now finds itself embroiled in this legal dispute.

Meanwhile, Hanchuan Intelligent, which has incurred losses for two consecutive years, has been struggling financially and has recently undergone changes in its senior management team and business strategy.
