HanChuan Intelligence has officially announced the filing of a lawsuit against Contemporary Amperex Technology Co. Limited (CATL) and its subsidiaries, Times EV Service and Times Qiji, for breach of contract. The suit stems from the defendants' failure to honor their contractual obligations, specifically the payment of approximately RMB 60.8799 million for battery swapping station equipment. The company has recently received case acceptance notices from multiple courts, confirming that the cases have been duly filed and are pending hearing.
