Li Qiang, Chief Technology Officer of Cainiao, anticipates that the express delivery industry will integrate over 200,000 driverless vehicles within the next three to five years. Currently, Cainiao's driverless vehicles are extensively utilized across various scenarios, marking significant strides in commercialization. The latest modifications encompass express cabinet vehicles, refrigerated vehicles, and high-capacity models, designed to cater to an even broader range of applications. The updates to the autonomous driving algorithm are centered on advancements in light mapping technology, optimization of human-vehicle interaction, and cloud intelligence enhancements, aimed at reducing the operational threshold and elevating delivery efficiency.
